Crew gratuity
A minimum crew gratuity of 10% of the charter rate is required for all charters. Holiday charters require 18%.
Gratuity is paid directly to the captain and crew on the day of the charter and is not processed as part of the online payment.
Additional gratuity may be given at the guest's discretion based on service.
Payment
30% deposit (or $500 minimum) to reserve your date, crew, and vessel.
Balance due day of charter. Cash or Zelle = no taxes or fees.
Card payments include taxes and processing fees at checkout.
Cancellations
All bookings are final. No refunds.
If weather or mechanical issues prevent safe departure, the captain will reschedule your trip.
Arrival
Arrive on time. Late arrivals forfeit the charter without refund.
No-shows
No notice, no refund.
Safety
The captain has final authority on all safety decisions — including weather calls, route changes, and trip cancellations.
Liability
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Changes
We may adjust the schedule, route, or vessel as needed. You'll be notified.
